I loved the hotel's location, being near the airport and surrounded by shops. The staff were incredible, especially Robbie, going above and beyond to assist. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited options, but the service overall was superb.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, offering a beautiful city view making it cozy and comfortable. It was definitely great value for the money, especially being located near Kuta Beach. The service was exceptional, with all staff members being very helpful and friendly, including the amazing Front Office Manager, Rully, who went above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect for exploring the island, with easy access to transportation and surrounded by restaurants and a mini market. The dining experience, although good, could use more variety for non-Asian food options. The facilities were excellent, meeting all my needs during my stay.
